Shipping Policy

We try very hard to get your books packed and shipped as soon as possible after we receive your order.

 

We offer 2 different shipping methods for your convenience. It is usually shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Occasionally, we have meetings or conferences that take us out of town, and it may take a few more days to get to your order.

 

If you need your order by a specific date, please either make a note in the checkout section of your order or give us a call after placing your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

No orders are returnable after 30 days of invoice date.

 

You must contact us before returning any items.

 

Returned merchandise must be clean, sellable stock, free of dealers' marks/labels. Returns not meeting these criteria will be neither acknowledged nor credited. Please do not use newspaper as packing material, because the newsprint will rub off onto the items.

 

Shipping is nonrefundable.

 

We have made mistakes in the past.  If your order is missing an item, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make it right!
